This cemetery and headstones no longer exist.  It was located on the north side of Gardner branch just outside the present city limits of Iberia on land owned by Fremont Shackleford family.

"Gardner or Long Family Cemetery was in Miller County, Missouri, on the Fremont Shackelford farm. It was located on the north side of Gardner Branch, just outside the present city limits of Iberia, Missouri. There were approximately 50 graves in this old deserted cemetery, including graves of Civil War soldiers. It was disturbed in the 1950's. The gentleman that bought the land took up all of the headstones and disposed of them. Some of the family names in the old cemetery included: Long; Adams; Dial; Stewart; and Castleman. Several people had remembered when it was fenced in and had headstones still there. They said there were lots of "Long's", older ones, which included William O. and Ruthy Graham Long.
William married Ruthie Graham (Grimes?) October 10, 1805 in Greene County, Tennessee. They had 9 children.

This cemetery is no longer in use.
